About Me
My name is Luke Neuman. I am from Lake Stevens, Washington. I am a senior Advertising student at the University of Oregon with a minor in sports business. I have been interested in advertising from a very young age. I think there is so much good that can come from advertising beyond just influencing people to make purchases, and I hope to embody that in my future career.

This is a story board that I made to summarize the classic sci-fi story " Desertion " by Clifford Simak. The process of summarizing the story into bits and peices that make it easier to understand are exactly the steps that many creatives take in order to make advertisements. In the future I expect to be making many more storyboard in a very similar way for my future career in advertising.
This presentation is an example of excellent group work that I had a large part in the creation of. Our job was to create a product that could realistically be sold in the real world. This presentation shows my ability to work well with other in order to accomplish a shared goal. This exact style of team work in oder to create a greater product is the exact type of work that I will be doing as an advertiser in the future.

This was a paper that I wrote that explores deeply the affects of a toxic playerbase on a gaming culture. THis peice highlights how important it is to understand WHO you are marketing to, as well as how important it is to dive deeper into how people truly feel about how a sub-culuture can affect an entire culture. This is something that is incredibly important to understand in a deeply personal feild like advertising.
